We have been using Trulight for the past several years, firstly for a new conservatory, and then for replacement windows and a new front door. All of our existing windows have now been replaced by Trulight over a period of time as we are happy to keep going back to them and find them to be very competitive.

Everything is very straightforward with them, from arranging a survey, to obtaining the quotation, arranging the installation date and having the installation carried out. The work is carried out to a very high standard and the installers are helpful and considerate, protecting the flooring on the route to, and in the areas where they are working, and then clearing up when they have completed the work.

Very good experience. 

We contacted Trulight along with other companies, for a quote. We needed 19 windows and 2 sets of doors. Cost is important, but only one factor we considered.In summary, they have done a great job (even fitting in January!). The quality of the windows is as good as any of the more well-known companies and the fitters were polite, helpful, clean and worked with minimal impact on our home.Their price was not the lowest, but best value having regard to all the factors.

There are always companies who quote low, aiming to pick up the price later. Trulight stuck to their price. On an overall balance of quality of product, the cost, our research into their past projects and speaking to customers, they were our preferred company.The quote from Trulight was absolutely straightforward, no silly discounts, special offers, salesman reducing their commission etc., just a full detailed quotation at a fair price that is pretty much fixed; unless you want to change the specification.
